Professional Development Group Coaching for Young Pros and Emerging Leaders

What’s Group Coaching?

Group coaching allows people with similar goals to leverage the dynamics and collective knowledge of the entire group. Each week, we’ll cover a different topic geared toward professional growth and development.

What I Bring To Our Relationship

  • I spent 24 years working for Fortune 50 companies and have a strong understanding of how to thrive in a corporate environment.
  • I have an insatiable passion for helping others find their voice, build their communication influence, increase their confidence and achieve their professional aspirations.
  • I develop meaningful relationships with my clients that are built on trust, confidentiality, authenticity and transparency.

What We’ll Cover, When and Where

Bamboo in Royal Oak (220 South Main Street)
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Pre-Work: Before we start, each participant will take the Energy Leadership® Index (ELI) Assessment, which takes about 20 minutes to complete.

Created by iPEC, this proprietary, research-backed assessment tool is only available through iPEC-trained and certified coaches. The ELI measures how you perceive and approach work and life based on the filters through which you see and understand the world.

These filters constantly shift based on stimuli, such as feeling sad, angry, frustrated, stressed, happy, content, compassionate, satisfied, etc. When you understand how these filters impact your mindset, you gain the power to use this information to reach your full potential in both your professional and personal life.
